From your first message to a finished object in your hands — here's exactly what to expect.
The Process, In Detail
Start with a message describing what you want. The more detail the better: a reference photo or sketch if you have one, roughly how big it should be, how many you need, and a deadline if you're working against one.
No 3D file? No problem — most custom orders start from nothing more than a description and a picture of something similar.
We'll come back with a price and a rough turnaround estimate based on what you've described. Most quotes come back within a day or two, though it can vary depending on how detailed the piece is and how busy the queue is.
Nothing gets printed until you've said yes.
Once you're happy with the quote, your piece joins the print queue and gets made to order — the right material and settings chosen for how it'll actually be used, not just what's quickest.
When it's off the printer, cleaned up and checked over, we'll arrange local pickup or delivery — whichever suits you better.
Set Expectations
There's no fixed price list, because no two custom orders are the same — price comes down to size, material, complexity and finish. Turnaround works the same way: it depends on the queue and how involved the piece is. A small, simple item will always move faster than something large or highly detailed.
We'd rather give you a straight, specific estimate once we've seen what you want than a generic number that doesn't hold up.
Before You Message Us
Mostly PLA and PETG for everyday and functional pieces, and resin where extra detail or a smoother finish matters. We'll suggest the right one for your project when we quote it.
Yes. A description, a sketch, or a reference photo is enough to start. If a proper 3D file is needed for something complex, we'll talk you through it.
Definitely. Nothing goes into the queue until you're happy with the plan — reasonable revisions and adjustments are part of getting a custom order right.
